The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the services sold on the Website unless otherwise proven without a doubt Creed handyman is at fault. The creed bill buster bundle process is provided to help prevent fire leak and other safety hazards but the company is not responsible if these safety hazards still occur.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the services checkout facility, namely the User's personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. OUR CREED.
This Guarantee is valid for (2) years from the date of the contract.
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, The Handyman Company will repair, free of charge, defects in workmanship for work performed under this contract.
Guarantee becomes effective when payment in full has been made.
Within 365 days of first knowledge of any defect. The Handyman Company is to be notified so that The Handyman Company is given first opportunity to promptly repair items found to be defective within a reasonable period of time.
Guarantee is for Labor only.
What is not included in this warranty:
Materials, and the Trip fee 1 year after the repair,
There are no other guarantees, expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind.
